What we collect
When you contact us or register as a candidate, we may collect your name, contact details, work history, qualifications, right to work documents and references. For employers, we collect business contact details and information about vacancies.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry
- To find suitable work for candidates and suitable candidates for employers
- To carry out checks required by law or by the role
- To meet our legal obligations, including payroll and tax for temporary workers
Sharing your information
We only share candidate details with an employer when the candidate has agreed to be put forward for that role. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your information, and to object to how we use it. To make a request, email info@promotionpro.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
