How quickly can you supply temporary staff?
For many roles we can provide workers within 24 to 48 hours. Specialist roles or those needing additional checks, such as DBS, can take longer. We'll always give you a realistic timescale upfront.
How do your fees work?
For temporary staff you pay an hourly charge rate that covers the worker's pay and our fee. For permanent roles we charge a one-off fee based on the starting salary, payable once the candidate starts. We'll confirm terms in writing before any work begins.
What checks do you carry out on candidates?
Every candidate is interviewed and has their right to work in the UK verified. We also take references and, where the role requires it, carry out DBS checks and confirm licences or cards such as CSCS, CPC or forklift certification.
Do you charge candidates?
No. We never charge candidates for finding them work.
